This website (ramondadezert.rs) is operated by the pastry shop Ramonda dezert in Kruševac, Cara Lazara 146. By accessing and using the site you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.
The site contains information about our flavor menu, prices, photos of our work and contact details to make ordering cakes and pastries easier. We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but cake photos are illustrative — the final product's finish, decoration and size may vary slightly from the photo shown, depending on what is agreed when the order is placed.
The site does not offer direct online purchase or payment — orders are placed by phone, through the contact form, or by email, and every order is considered confirmed only after we directly agree with the customer on flavor, pickup date, price and, if needed, decoration. Recommended lead times for ordering are listed on the FAQ page.
Cake prices depend on flavor, size, number of guests and decoration. Certain flavors (e.g. Ferrero, Ramonda, Heavenly Cake) carry a surcharge per kilogram due to costlier ingredients, as noted on the Flavors page. Payment method and any deposit are agreed individually when confirming the order.
Please let us know as soon as possible, by phone or email, if you need to cancel or change an order (flavor, date, size), so we can check whether the change is still possible without affecting ingredients already prepared.
All site content — text, photos, logo, flavor names and visual identity — is the property of Ramonda dezert unless otherwise noted. Content may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Our cakes contain milk, eggs and tree nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds). If you have an allergy or intolerance, please tell us before ordering. We are not liable for damage resulting from a failure to disclose allergies in time, or from improper storage of the cake after pickup. We also do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or the absence of technical errors, though we work to resolve these quickly.
The site links to social media (Instagram, Facebook) and embeds a Google Maps location widget. Those services are governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective third parties, which are outside our control.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our offering or applicable regulations. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We aim to resolve any disputes by agreement; where that is not possible, the competent court in Kruševac has jurisdiction.
